Outdoorsy is a great option for RV owners looking to reduce their ownership costs. I believe the website's user experience should be improved, and their 20% charge is a little excessive, thus 4 stars.

I've been using outdoorsy for a year and it's typically quite nice. My only complaints are the price and the user interface. The cost is 20% of the rental rate; perhaps a sliding scale based on volume is necessary. The user interface is not always clear and simple to use, although it has improved over time.

The platform is simple to use. I wish everything was digital so I wouldn't have to print documents. The costs appear to be a little hefty. Not only that, but the gas rates changed, and I was unable to modify the delivery charge before the booking took place. A booking delivery charge, in my opinion, should be flexible.

Outdoorsy has exceeded my expectations. The website made things incredibly simple, and customer support has been quite helpful both times I've used them. Excellent work!

Besides The FEES, All Of it was Wonderful. I charged a cleaning and delivery fee but did not get either since the costs were combined with an extra $13. Apart from that. Great
