The problem code 241000 that I'm encountering only happens when I'm using Windows 11! When I use my old laptop with Windows 10, it doesn't show up at all. Thank you for assisting me in understanding what I need to accomplish with my computer system (s).

The so-called repair took 4 hours to complete and ended with a notice stating that it was unable to complete the work. Despite the fact that I did not obtain the service for which I had paid, I was nonetheless charged. I would never use this company again.

It's a pointless program. It doesn't fix any issues with Windows. If you phone them, they will charge you around $200 to enter your computer and repair it. It's a deception scheme. Don't squander your cash. It's just another SCAM!

Junk! My refund has yet to arrive. This has been a problem for me since the beginning. My computer has been severely harmed as a result of the installation. Furthermore, I was charged $58 and change for what they claimed was a $41 expense. Today I'm filing with the FTC and the BBB. A class action lawsuit should be brought against them.
