Skullcandy's reputation was impeccable! She taught me how to correctly use my new wired Skullcandy earphones, so I won't harm my ears or miss out on future fantastic music experiences now that I know how to use them! Thank you once again, Skullcandy!

I had a problem with a product I purchased from the website, so I contacted this person (Bailie B) from Skullcandy, who assisted me greatly.
I hope Skullcandy retains people like her since the services she gave were quite beneficial.

I was a little puzzled and concerned about the payment because it didn't appear until later, but due to customer service, they helped me work it out and made the issue painless.

Excellent service!
I misplaced one earbud and emailed them; while they did not have any replacements, they did provide me a 40% discount ticket. I wish they had replacements, but everything else was fantastic!

I was wondering if Skullcandy has any extra tiny ear buds. Unfortunately, they do not provide any sizes other than what is included in the bundles. I received the necessary response. I'll just have to seek somewhere else for what I'm looking for. Alexia F was fantastic. She provides excellent customer service, which is really appreciated.
