DO NOT BUY A TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY! They cannot easily provide details about the tickets they sell, offer terrible customer service and do not offer credit when the price goes down. They claim to have Western sounding agents like Chuck, Dean and Cindy, but the only people I spoke with had Eastern European accents, phone tones and names like Nadenka and Dalya. They are not trustworthy.

Everything went smoothly, and Mike was quite patient. I wish I could have seen which flights I was able to access before I had to make a selection.

Barbara did an excellent job of adjusting our return ticket. It took a long time, but she must have worked extremely hard to locate the right day.

It was a fantastic experience rebooking my flights when my original trip was cancelled. Hommer was a wonderful person who took care of everything for a same-day flight ticket. He was easily accessible and provided clear explanations.

Amazing group of people. The consultant worked extremely hard for us, obtaining a great flight fare as well as assisting us with payment concerns with the credit card provider.
