All of the items I received were exactly as stated and of good quality. The shipment has been satisfactory.
Processing time varies depending on their workload, which is to be expected, and has been extremely quick at times.
My only gripe, I feel, is with the Phillips head screws. I haven't had any problems with these yet, but using an Allen or torx head screw is much more convenient. T-Bone Racing's products and service are excellent, and I will continue to order from them! Thank you for giving safety alternatives for us RC enthusiasts!

I've purchased a number of items from T-Bone Racing over the years and have always been pleased with the timely delivery of my orders, the lack of broken packaging or damaged items upon arrival, and the fact that their products genuinely help protect your RC vehicles from high-speed collisions or tumbles.
I'll keep buying from them in the future.

This company makes fantastic stuff. I use their bumpers for backyard smashing with my young children, and the first thing I do with them when they acquire a new vehicle is install T-bone bumpers.

Anything made by T-bone racing is highly recommended! Quality product, simple to install, included all necessary hardware, and arrived in a timely manner! The little t bumpers are adorable!

The service is always excellent!! I'm not sure what happened to you people on Facebook.... On the Kaiju bumper, the cush mounts must be cemented in. During the first run, mine pulled out on the front one.
