Since 2017, people have come to ShopperChecked with one question: is this company worth my money? More than 14,000 businesses already have a page here. If yours is one of them, shoppers are reading about you whether you take part or not. Taking part costs nothing.
Your page, with your name on it
A claimed page shows shoppers that someone at the company is listening. You prove the business is yours by showing you control its website. Choose the check that suits you:
- Email. We send a link to an address on your domain such as
info@,hello@,contact@,support@oradmin@. Click it and you're done. - DNS. Add a TXT record, or a CNAME that points at us.
- Your website. Upload a small HTML file to the root folder, or paste a meta tag into the
<head>of your homepage.
Our servers run the check themselves; nobody approves a claim from a screenshot. A verification code stays valid for 7 days, and choosing another method replaces the old code.
Once claimed, you can correct your details, add your logo and description, and see how your rating moves. All of that stays free.
Talk back, where shoppers can see it
On the Basic plan and above, you can answer any review under the review itself. The reviewer can answer you too, so a problem can be settled in the open. Your replies carry a business label, so nobody mistakes them for another customer's words.
Many shoppers read the unhappy reviews first. What they want to see there is a business that owns the problem and fixes it. One honest reply under a bad review can do more for you than a page full of praise.
Hear from the customers who are happy
Satisfied customers rarely write anything unless someone asks. Basic and Premium let you ask: invite customers one at a time, upload a CSV, BCC us on your order emails, or send invitations through the API. A review that comes in through your invitation is marked Verified, because we know the person was your customer. Each review earns that mark on its own; no plan can switch it on for a whole page.
Bring your rating to your own site
Paste one line of code and your current ShopperChecked rating appears on your website. Every plan gets some widgets, and paid plans get more designs. On Premium the widgets also carry the structured data that lets Google show your stars in search results. The rating updates by itself whenever a new review is published.
Learn from what customers say
Your dashboard shows your rating over time, new reviews per day and the spread of stars. Every invitation is followed through to whether it brought back a review. Premium adds two things: it groups reviews by the themes customers keep mentioning, good and bad, and it lets you compare yourself with up to three competitors.
Share the work
Give colleagues their own login as an Owner, Admin or Member. Every member can reply to reviews. Admins can also edit the page. Only the Owner can transfer the page to someone else or delete it.

- Basic: public replies, customer invitations with the Verified mark, your own sender name, and 13 more widget designs.
- Premium: all 20 widgets with stars in Google, AI reply drafts, review themes, competitor comparisons, API keys and team seats.
