My experience with Aardy when researching travel insurance choices was excellent. The staff was polite and educated, and I was able to get answers to many questions so that I could make an informed buying decision.

With regard to the quotation, the website was quite useful. I spoke with Matthew, who was also very helpful. The policy appears to be sound. Hopefully, I won't have to use it. Your travel insurance expired two years ago, and your vacation was canceled due to the virus. Thank you for providing a complete refund.

We liked how each plan clearly states whether medical expenditure insurance is main or supplementary coverage. That's crucial to us since we have Medicare insurance. I double-checked that the price I saw on Aardy.com was the same as the price I saw when I booked directly with the insurer.
