Material flaws in the points where velcro attached the tent to the frame; had to strengthen with small pieces of tape. Otherwise, I adore it!

There were a couple missing components when I received my tent. I called Quicktent, and they reacted quickly and provided me the items I needed. Thank you very much, Mr. Green.

I received a truck tent as a present, but one of the poles was damaged when I attempted to set it up. When I called customer support, they were fantastic. They gave me a replacement component for free and followed up to ensure everything was in working condition.

We purchased new plastic coverings for our greenhouse tent. Joy responded very immediately. The only issue was that the instructions for purchasing and paying for them were imprecise. Everything moved swiftly and easily after we took care of that. Joy followed up on the order, ensuring that it was delivered on time and in good shape. Thank you for responding and following up.

Our 10 x 20 quictent has seen a lot of action. An sudden storm of rain caused one of the poles to bend. I called Customer Service, and Joy responded quickly and is sending me a replacement component for free. I appreciate the prompt conclusion so that we can plan for the next gathering.
