I'm not sure why I'm being allowed to investigate a product I haven't yet gotten.

I'm not sure why I'm being allowed to investigate a product I haven't yet gotten. It's been 5-7 business days and I still haven't received a tracking number. Do you have any idea when my order will arrive?
