I understand that communication was hampered by the large sale. I received no notifications indicating that my order was being handled, let alone delivered. FedEx left it outside for hours in the cold rain and snow instead of my sheltered front entrance area.

I love everything I buy here and it's always of high quality, however they recently gave me the wrong item when I picked up my purchase. I had to employ them because I needed to make a major event work. Overall, this is still a fantastic company for quality.
