The service is outstanding, and the customer service representatives are quite educated and helpful. They also offered me a complimentary dietary counselling. Meals are parceled out exactly. Fresh N Lean is something I would strongly suggest to others.

I ordered bourbon and experienced a serious shipping problem. Understandable. However, no attempt was made to contact me. After a couple of weeks, the matter was rectified with a reimbursement after many conversations. In my perspective, this is unacceptable.
