The unit was spotless and lovely.
The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the photographs mirrored what we had seen when we arrived.

The facilities is fantastic. I was surprised to find that the unit lacked even basic necessities like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Most days, the Oasis is closed for food and drinks by the pool. Overall, it was not as nice as the first time we visited.

The customer service is excellent. It's a little annoying that tickets aren't supplied right away and that they take a few hours to arrive.
Grace and Prince, to be honest, went out of their way to give me a better bargain and to understand my priorities.

I've worked with Luca, who is a great gentleman who is incredibly accommodating and professional! It was difficult to organise an apartment rental during Covid time, but Luca came through for us. Summer in Italy is something I would certainly suggest!

Because we didn't have a claim, I'm not sure I'm qualified to assess all aspects. The pricing was reasonable when compared to other insurance products, particularly when compared to the rental company's price, but it was unable to assess the claim procedure be

In this tough period, I received excellent assistance, however airlines charged excessively high rebooking fees, despite the fact that my flight had been cancelled due to Covid 19. It would be appropriate if they had replaced me for a small fee.
