Customer service, delivery, and overall purchase experience were all excellent! However, the goods (mirror block-offs) did not fit well and did not cover the mounting holes in the OEM fairing fully.

Prices and inventory are reasonable, however information regarding shipments and tracking numbers sometimes be lacking. However, this is an excellent firm in general. I strongly suggest it.

I don't believe you should sell arena unless you disclose that you need at least item level 197, and the assistance were a little grumpy on little mistakes, but we got it done so it was all okay.

The guy that walked us around the RV was quite helpful (appreciate the surge protector suggestion). We did have some damage to the hatch cover where the generator would go on the 5th wheel that wasn't present when we first looked at the trailer the day before.

I really like the otaku box. The stats, on the other hand, are hit or miss. Most of them look fantastic, but there are a handful that fall short. Aside from that, I believe it is a decent overall value.
