Customer service was super fast. Needed help resetting my password, Brian was able to help right away, very little wait time. Just placed my flex pro meals, prices seemed average, although I got a 40% discount for my first order which makes it super affordable. Haven’t received the meals so I can’t say anything about their quality. This review however expects me to give quality a rating. I’m gonna give them a 5 star for now, but I will change it if the quality is not there
I received excellent customer service from Luz. She helped me with difficulty with initial ordering and helped to correct my errors. Looking forward to getting my first order delivered.

Brian was very helpful in helping me resolve a bad experience with my last order. The condition of the order was caused by the carrier and not the shipper. Refund was placed back to my account and new order put in motion. Satisfied with the assistance.

I recently use the chat on the FlexPro meals website because the site was not letting me to update the number of meals I needed. Jessica updated the number of meals I wanted and replied the the meals that were not available anymore. I've been using FlexPro meals for almost two years and always get a quick texts, emails and message responses.
