I had an issue from the first delivered box of meals. The box was much too large for the number of meals that I had ordered, therefore they were tossed about during shipping. I had taken a picture and sent it in explaining what had happened. I heard from a few customer service reps but the last few days it has been Luz. They were going to close the ticket being that I had no idea someone had gotten in touch with me utilizing a text. Anyway so my issue had gotten resolved in a timely manner.
Good meal service but terrible delivery service. I’ve been using this service for over a year and almost every other month they have some sore of delay or “forget” to ship the weekly meal box
I did really like this company. Their meals are great at least for me. They’re not big portion sized, but that was fine for me. I thought it was a pretty decent price for meals.
And customer service is usually pretty friendly and helpful but I don’t like that there incentivizing you to give a five star review that is not the right way to run a company now when I asked for help they’re willing to help right away, but now that I want to cancel, they’re making it difficult, the guys trying to talk me into other deals and stuff but I just wanna cancel and then he doesn’t get back to me
MY MEALS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They are delicious and arrive on time! Backyard BBQ and Naked Taco are both highly recommended! I've been purchasing for over 5 months.
Excellent customer service! The meal is delicious, and the service is exceptional! Lourdes calls to ensure that I am happy with each delivery. I would recommend FlexPro to anyone who is considering it.
