Cat was given a collar, and within ten hours, her neck swelled. customer service was contacted. They questioned me and didn't take me seriously. No consideration for the animal is shown. She finally offered to refund me for one collar after I sent before and after pictures (she bugged me about the quality of the pictures as well because it is difficult to capture a good image of a stressed cat with a swollen neck).

I requested two collars, and I got them. I frequently need to tighten the collars because they are thinner and feature a less expensive plastic clasp. Since a few years ago, we had purchased this kind of collar annually, but this order produced a collar that was less expensively built and cost far more than our previous purchases.

I have long used these.

I have long used these. Although I paid for expedited shipment, it wasn't actually expedited. My dogs have never had a single flea or tick in the past. So far this year, one tick. Do you know if the collar's recipe has changed? Will continue to use it since I believe it to be the safest option.
