According to customer service, waiting as instructed didn't help, and the only way to get my money back is to send it back via priority mail and request a partial refund.

Cat was given a collar, and within ten hours, her neck swelled. customer service was contacted. They questioned me and didn't take me seriously. No consideration for the animal is shown. She finally offered to refund me for one collar after I sent before and after pictures (she bugged me about the quality of the pictures as well because it is difficult to capture a good image of a stressed cat with a swollen neck).
