Aztec is one of my top suppliers. The flip lids on the scent bottles were one of the small details that meant a lot to me. I was a little disappointed that my 5 one-pound fragrance bottles no longer came with these lids. I'm hoping you'll reconsider using flip caps. Of certainly, I expect to continue purchasing from Aztec.

So, I'm a big fan of Aztec. The people are wonderful, and the items are diverse. My only concern is that if you live in the neighbourhood, it would be fantastic to go in and smell the perfumes and inspect the glassware before making a purchase. People in the lobby!

I understand that communication was hampered by the large sale. I received no notifications indicating that my order was being handled, let alone delivered. FedEx left it outside for hours in the cold rain and snow instead of my sheltered front entrance area. I could have made plans if I had known it was on its way. I even checked my account, which stated that it was in process on the day it was delivered.

I love everything I buy here and it's always of high quality, however they recently gave me the wrong item when I picked up my purchase. I had to employ them because I needed to make a major event work. Overall, this is still a fantastic company for quality.

The quality of the products I purchased was outstanding, as always. Everything on the skid was neatly packed, and there was no damage to anything. The only reason I awarded four stars was because a number of goods did not arrive... The purchase was placed during Aztec's anniversary sale, and my order was fairly substantial, so it's reasonable that a number of tiny items were overlooked.
