The pricing was good, as was the order's quality.

The pricing was good, as was the order's quality.
The shipping procedure was unpleasant due to TNT's charge for an import tax. This is still an outstanding request that has not been resolved.

After less than two months, the product fell apart, and your offer was to give me a 50% discount if I bought it again. Why would I want to pay for something that is breaking apart again? Should it be completely replaced?
