Company very responsive and fast.
Had issue with online access, but Raquel immediately responded and fixed everything quickly and efficiently; she even checked up on me afterwards to ensure I was able to get in without issues.

This company's customer service is really good! Possibly the best thing about them and why I stick with them. Pricing is competitive and I really like all the options for high protein, low calorie meals!

I am new to Flex pro meals family and have just placed my order for the first time so cannot give a quality review as of yet. However, in order to get more information on my delivery I have reached out to customer service. Olga from customer service was so easy to talk to and very responsive. She had answered all my questions efficiently and because of this I am even more than happy to support flex pro meals. Thank you so much Olga for your assistance today. You really made me feel welcome and for that I am writing this review 😁
