This is a blatantly unethical method of doing business.
This is a blatantly unethical method of doing business. Plans should only be modified for new customers, not for current subscribers. Three fingers crossed. Already, we are considering alternatives.

Gorgias has been used by us for about a year, and I adore it.
Gorgias has been used by us for about a year, and I adore it. Since we have a smaller company, it suits us perfectly. They have always been prompt in their responses and quite helpful whenever I've had a query.
Having said that, here are some things I hope the future brings:
-Read Receipts (sometimes we wind up in customers' spam folders)
- More efficient/simpler ways to set up automation and filters; filters can be a little difficult to set up. We have a weekend auto-responder set up, and instead of manually turning it on every Friday and off every Monday, I would love to be able to place it on a timer.
