From the time we saw the merchandise until we received it, the service was excellent. I was kept up to date on the status of every link in the chain. Professional in every way.

I was really satisfied with the coin, and I was kept informed throughout the process, from ordering to delivery.
Many emails were sent to see if the customer was satisfied with the service. As you would expect from Hattons, the service was excellent. Thankyou.

Andy came off as a very informed and professional addition to his firm, and I liked that he applied no stress or further sales pitch.
My expectations were met with the coins.

Hattons is always a good choice. I bought the coins as an investment to give to my youngest son as part of his inheritance. The coins I've received have always been well-packaged and presented in attractive boxes. My Hattons investment adviser is excellent and personable, and she never tries to get me to buy something I can't afford.
