The communication and lodging could have been better, but the vacation was still enjoyable. Cesar and Abraham were great.

Jorge and Mel did a fantastic job of listening to what we wanted out of a holiday and putting together a vacation that included beautiful accommodations and exciting activities. Mel kept in touch with us during our trip to ensure we were having a good time. We would strongly advise anyone visiting Mexico to stay with them!

Josue was great.
Josue was great. 5 stars for a great trip. A star is deducted for Eduardo's schedule, which included an additional $150 for a $70 hotel. When I asked about it, the response didn't address my specific concern. We had a great time and came up with a fair pricing for everything.

It was well-organized.
It was well-organized. Great assistance overall. A couple of things I would've have done differently.
