Support for MacPaw cannot be overstated. To understand my problem, I'd have to tell you a long story. To put it frankly, Yaraslov's response time and answer were the best.

They were quick to reply and promptly fixed my installation and activation issues. I've been using this stuff for a long time. It's fantastic, and the company is great! They definitely face additional challenges as a result of their location in Ukraine, but their outstanding service continues.

The customer service representatives are unbeatable if you have a question or require assistance with the service. They emailed me back within minutes and said they wouldn't hear from me for at least 24 hours. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and quickly resolved my issue. Thanks!
