When required, solid communication and design support are provided.

When required, solid communication and design support are provided. We had a few difficulties uploading our photographs; we might use some more specific instructions on how to reduce image file sizes and set colours so that they print appropriately. Some of these items are not mentioned in the current template or tooltips for uploading photos until you try to checkout (which is a nasty feeling when you're on a deadline!)

I adore my cards, however the pink was a little duller than I would have preferred.

I adore my cards, however the pink was a little duller than I would have preferred. I attempted the CMYT to RGB colour conversion, but it did not get the desired results. I understand that the monitor influences the colours we'see,' but it would have been more useful if Primo had offered some digital colour samples prior to printing.

Some of the business cards were not cut correctly, and the UV spot on some of the cards was a little inaccurate, but the print quality is excellent overall.

The posters we had produced were fantastic.

The posters we had produced were fantastic. I would have given 5 stars if each poster had been packed individually and rolled. We're still working on getting the curves out of the thick paper a week later. Even if it meant paying a premium, I would have preferred to have them delivered flat.

They also included additional cards in the order, which I'm delighted they did because several of the cards had printing indents and were cut improperly. Overall, I will use this company again.
