Regarding the evolving real estate market and the role REOs play within it, REO Rockstars has provided all the answers I was looking for. It is not generic like many other options.
The weekly Zoom call that Mike leads provides us the camaraderie we need to succeed, and he and his colleagues are highly responsive to inquiries.

My biggest regret is that I previously entered REO Rockstars and left.
My biggest regret is that I previously entered REO Rockstars and left. Then, approximately a year later, I returned.
I regret not staying inside. Mike is a great person to bounce ideas off of and ask questions of.
He makes a lot of effort to be available to everyone.
