Reviews.io: Read Customer Reviews, Pros, Cons and others
Reviews.io is a certified partner of Google Review. Reviews of businesses and services can show in ads, Google Shopping, and Google Seller Ratings. Verified customers are invited to leave reviews via SMS invitations, and automated email. Reviews on the platform are only removed if they are found to be in violation of the platform's strict moderation policies, which comply with Google requirements. This promotes the capacity to respond and the transparency to guarantee that brands can successfully handle negative feedback. REVIEWS.io's customer feedback is automatically optimized for Google. Brands may easily add widgets that are Rich Snippet friendly to their websites, which will help them gain more stars in the organic search results.

There, Shopify's integration is quite simple. The reviews.io staff were quite helpful, from the support provided by Glenn and the support team. When we've needed assistance, such as changing the widgets' styling to match our team, they always come quickly. We have had excellent experiences working with the live chat support team and have always felt helped.
Dislikes :
Although the twitter integration is a great, but it would be nice to be able to modify the wording. The UGC social proof share images are also a fantastic idea, however updating them with our own styling and keeping them as a template would be preferable to customizing each one separately.
Final Summary :
Customer feedback is essential to our business, and reviews.io has assisted us in automating the process of getting feedbacks and ensuring that users can quickly find online assessments of our website.

So far, we are quite happy. Even before Subscribe, the first pleasant experiences started. We received good assistance in responding to our queries, which helped us in comparing and contrasting ratings with those of other platforms.
Dislikes :
To be able to make adjustments quickly and simply without having to redo the full configuration of the widget, including layout and design, we miss the ability to save and reuse produced widget templates.
Final Summary
Engaging in conversation with our customers and gathering feedback and ratings for our brand, our appearance, and certain items is very helpful to us.

It is really a SaaS solution. The review collection can be launched without the use of managed services or technical expertise. The account managers and customer service are both highly responsive. The UI is highly user-friendly for all types of users, and the marketing team may install and manage email templates for company and product reviews.
Dislikes :
The email templates don't have version control, thus we can't go back and see changes made between versions or recover previously saved versions.
Final Summary
As an e-commerce platform, we can increase click-through rates on our ads and promote customer trust by obtaining authentic product and business reviews for Google Search, Google Ads, and Google Shopping.

Reviews.io, is the most friendly company I've ever experienced. They take all requests seriously and genuinely care about the impartiality of evaluations on the platform. This level of assistance and engagement is unavailable on any other review platforms. Many thanks to Kai for handling our account so expertly!

Just about nothing. Sometimes there are very little technical concerns, but again, everything is fixed quickly and effectively!
Final Summary
They are resolving a wide range of concerns, from minor technical difficulties to the moderation of very fair reviews. It is always a pleasure to speak with knowledgeable, people like them!

Likes :
The ability to send invitations to Reviews.io as well as to outside review sites like Google or Facebook, as well as the ability to monitor our growth across all of our online pages.
Dislikes :
No noticeable disadvantages, if I were being picky, I would prefer a user-friendly interface for making templates, but this is a minor complaint.
Final Summary
It has improved significantly our reputation and online presence. We used Reviews.io to launch a sizable review campaign, which was quite effective. We are still enjoying the benefits.
Pros: Crisp UI; Easy Integration; Online Chat Option; Good Features
Cons: Delayed Customer Support; Service is Expensive
