The book was in excellent condition.
I didn't give it a five-star rating because I paid for rapid shipping and it arrived on the same day as ordinary shipping.
However, I intend to order additional books in the future.

The website is well-designed, allowing me to quickly find what I'm looking for, and the payment area was simple to navigate.
My books arrived on time and in the condition mentioned on the website. I would have given five stars if tracking had been available.
I had a hard time figuring out where my books were and when they would arrive. Aside from that, this is a fantastic website.

Shipping took two weeks, but now that I know that, I'm not going to worry out. For ten books, I paid less than $40.
They all appear to be brand new. Only one of them was brand new and cost $40. As a result, I am ecstatic about this purchase. I would absolutely purchase from you again, and I will recommend you to my friends and family.

I only gave it a 4 because I tried to contact you about giving you books but did not receive a response. Your prices are reasonable, and I receive my orders promptly.

The book arrived within a week of ordering it, although tracking information would have been helpful. Also, it appeared to be a stolen library book (it wasn't—I called the library where it originated and they confirmed it was no longer in their active collection, though perhaps they cull the electronic catalogue when books aren't returned after a certain period of time), and it would have been fantastic if SecondSale had indicated that they had done this due diligence before selling it to me.
