The product arrived on time and in excellent shape. The service was outstanding. Solid-merch has exceeded our expectations.
The only reason I didn't give five stars is because there was an unexpected overage charge when I tried to check out that wasn't mentioned during the ordering process.
They did offer information on their site regarding it, which I found and read before finishing the checkout process.
There were no issues at all, and the service was excellent once again.
I'm just a hard sell who doesn't give five stars lightly, and the one minor issue turned out to be of no consequence, but I believe it might have been clarified earlier in the ordering process.

If it weren't for the fact that The Vinyl sounded a little poor, I'd give them five stars. Nothing tragic, just a lot of background noise in between songs. I'm curious whether if you do a greater number than 100, if they take extra attention with it.
However, I may use these again simply because they do 100 units rather than 500-1000.

The service was excellent for the most part.

The service was excellent for the most part. Excellent communication and response time.
My only gripe is that several of the exterior Poly Bags were crumpled, crinkled, and ripped, but the albums itself (both artwork and LP record) were in perfect condition. Also, shipment was quite quick.
I would definitely order from Solid Merch again.

Solid Merchandise is my go-to place for pressings, vinyl, CDs, and more.

Solid Merchandise is my go-to place for pressings, vinyl, CDs, and more. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I believe there might be greater information regarding the "random" colour vinyl option. I'd include a disclaimer that the entire run could be one colour.
I took the option to mean a variety of hues.

When I first saw the proofs, I was concerned about the print quality, but was told that everything would be great. The colour of the print was slightly altered, confirming my fears. Despite this issue, I was delighted with the goods and the customer service I received. I would suggest it to others.
