Depending on your plan, the servers are of decent quality. They use pterodactyl instead of multicraft, which I appreciate.
Their customer service is informative, quick, and quite pleasant. But, because I want a little bit better speed for the main servers, I just use sparked host for my network's proxy, lobby, and staff server.

The control panel was incredible, and the one you're working on now is much better. However, the actual hosting wasn't all that impressive. I know I chose the low-cost option, but with the same cash, I was able to achieve considerably better results with other companies. In any case, you'd be an excellent choice for a vanilla server.

I've got a 4GB Minecraft server on a shoestring budget. It isn't the best server I've ever had, but it is adequate for the price. When all you want is a server to play with your pals, this is definitely an option to explore.
The customer service is responsive, and the responses are well-informed. The new panel looks fantastic.

The support service was courteous and prompt in resolving difficulties that caused a temporary outage on one of my gaming servers.
Although the clarity of their online help chat may be improved, their senior management and CEO are exceptional at what they do.

If you want to host a Minecraft modpack like Sky Factory, you'll need a good server, which I believe costs too much money.
I believe it is simply more convenient to run your own server on a different computer.
Aside from that, I found it to be simple to use, and any issues were quickly resolved by the Sparked Host staff.
