Anoj Sood, the travel agent with whom I worked, is extremely professional and responsive.
He swiftly grasped our trip requirements and assisted us in booking the itinerary we desired at a reasonable cost.
I would offer Anoj five stars and strongly advise you to deal with him for your trip needs.
However, I am deducting one point since when I submitted the payment via surffares, it did not provide me with a payment successful notification, thus I had to submit it numerous times before realising that the payment had gone through via another method.
To avoid multiple payments, please fix the user interface.
Thanks!

This is the second time I've used Surfares, and Harleen and Milan did an outstanding job of providing timely service.
They were really nice and professional, and they promptly understood my needs, providing options and closing the booking within a few hours. This group comes highly recommended from me.

One of the best, with excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees. Deal with you politely and try to get you the best deal possible based on your preferences. I chatted with Harleen about booking a ticket, and she assisted me in obtaining a very good and fair pricing, and I appreciated the way she detailed the precise route plan to me. 100% client satisfaction is highly recommended.

In taking care of my flight reservation, Khushi Sran has delivered excellent customer service. She is a good listener who knows her customers and works around their schedules. Her kindness and rapid responsiveness to my issues are admirable.
Excellent work!!! Surffares will undoubtedly be recommended to my friends and coworkers.

In this tough period, I received excellent assistance, however airlines charged excessively high rebooking fees, despite the fact that my flight had been cancelled due to Covid 19. It would be appropriate if they had replaced me for a small fee.
