Better screening is required. This website led me to my one and only employment scam. Even someone from Talent sent me a text message from the con artist. It is far safer to use Indeed, which warns job seekers about potential scams or unreliable employers.

In my experience with this organization, 90% of the positions listed do not exist. The 10 percent who do are completely irrelevant. I've found a job through other channels, and I'd suggest others do the same.

The advertisements that appear in the daily newsletter as having just been published are frequently false. These advertisements are typically several weeks old, and some of them aren't even live on the websites where they were posted!
