I've only just received my patches and haven't had a chance to test them yet, but the website was simple to use, and when I inquired about my delivery, which took longer than the 3 - 7 days, my email was swiftly returned with an explanation and a request to keep the firm updated. My shipment arrived two days later; I should have expected a delay because it is around Christmas, and mail takes longer at this time of year.

The client service is excellent.

The client service is excellent. Very rapid dispatch, and very prompt responses to my emails.
Unfortunately, the moxie patch did not work on me. Furthermore, the sticker is not as adhesive. It kept coming off my clothing when I put it on. The itch alleviation patch, on the other hand, is superior.

Excellent stuff; I enjoy using natural mosquito repellents. It definitely works and keeps the bulk of mosquitos at bay. We have terrible mosquitoes where we live, therefore I'm extremely delighted with this product. Caz was a pleasure to work with and I like the Aussie-made, personalised approach. I will definitely purchase again.

Caz was fast to give out another pack of patches after my previous order went missing…

Caz was fast to give out another pack of patches after my previous order went missing (Austalia Post). I couldn't ask for anything more from my experience. Very helpful and excellent client service.
We haven't used the patches yet, but the aroma is pretty pleasant.
