They were able to sell me my favourite Tomioka toy figurine, which was fantastic! Their delivery time, on the other hand, is quite long. I had to wait weeks for it to arrive at my home; I'm sure they can better this in the future. Thank you really lot.

When my item came, the wrapping had already been tampered with. Nonetheless, their really helpful support crew was able to assist me.

I ordered something from ZenMarket and was blown away with the item when it came. It is in good condition, with no dents or scratches. In addition, customer service is kind and helpful in tracking my shipment. I'm sure I'll order from you again.

I've used several various proxy services for Japan, including neokyo, buyee, and zenmarket, and buyee is by far my favourite of the three. Zenmarket is extremely nice, however it's a little unpleasant to have to put money in and then not be able to buy straight; plus, the SHIPPING Charges, the shipping costs are exorbitant.
I've purchased a lot of stuff, but the first time I won four goods on yahoo auctions, delivery cost me $140. The shipment was rather large, but when I used Buyee, a package of the same size only cost $40. I could have saved $100 if I had done so. But it's still quite cool!!
