Sent in three images of the same person, and the first draught was of a different person…
Sent in three images of the same person, and the first draught was of a different person in one of the three photos. I waited for the second draught, which was right, and then I approved it. The painting was done on time, and I was informed that it will be ready for delivery...
After three days, I was informed that it needed to be sealed. After 5 days, I was finally given a shipping label.
I contacted the company three days after the label was prepared and was informed it was going out that day. The package arrived much later than expected.
I really enjoyed painting. The level of communication was inadequate.
In the final email, I was promised a partial refund, but I have yet to get it.
