When dialing the number we want to call, we occasionally get signal issues. The sound is interrupted. Nonetheless, the service is quite convenient for us. Many thanks!

In the month of May, I made three top-ups for a Claro El Salvador phone number, none were delivered, but they charged me and refused to refund the money despite the fact that the service was not supplied!!!!

Poor customer service. Nobody is concerned about the problems of the clients. They actually have no customer service. Even if you email them, they do not respond.

Tigo sucks because they do. I've attempted to contact them because their service isn't what they represent, but I haven't found a replacement yet.
