I enjoy Upwork's service, but there is one thing I don't like about it: anytime a dispute arises, Upwork tends to side with the customer rather than the freelancer, even when the latter is in the right. Rest is excellent.

What do you think I appreciate best about Upwork?
The reliability of my compensation and the flexibility of my work schedule.
Since there are many con artists out there, I can work whenever I want and I am confident that my payment is protected.
