Although it may seem "old-fashioned," text messaging has been a very effective form of communication for our company. We were able to connect with customers that fall inside a certain age group and aren't as active on contemporary social networks thanks to text messaging (WhatsApp).
Dislikes :
Given that we are in 2021, the cost of SMS is possibly my least favorite feature. It's true that it's simpler to contact customers, but if you set up multiple automatic flows or SMS marketing campaigns, you'll also need to pay for each SMS sent, on top of the cost of the SMSBump plan (there is also a free plan), and the costs will rise if you have a sizable customer database.
Final Summary :
Our customers' unfamiliarity with contemporary communication networks was the biggest issue we faced as a business, and it made it exceedingly challenging for us to manage orders. Instead, ever since we installed SMSBump, our clients are quick to respond and get all of our notifications. This has made it simpler for us to process orders and provide customer care.

Yotpo has proven to be our best partner, regardless of the fact that there are many businesses out there that can assist you with collecting reviews. They have always put service first, and we wholeheartedly recommend them.
Dislikes :
There are less expensive options available, but I don't think they are any better. The admission threshold may be expensive for some smaller businesses, this isn't so much a "dislike" as it is a warning but we believe the money was wisely spent.
Final Summary
Customer feedback is important in the business. People rely on the opinions of others to guide their judgments, particularly when there are several options that are comparable. A high quantity of reviews that are consistently posted demonstrates that new consumers in particular have faith in our products.

I love the texting feature since it makes it simple to text them to remind them of important events and sales, thanks to all the suggested holiday layouts. This increases traffic and sales to my website.
Dislikes :
It occasionally loads a little slowly due to the amount of information displayed on the screen. I would therefore recommend having a solid internet connection. I wish the review email format could be more finely tailored.
Final Summary
Being a small company, we strongly rely on what the clients have to say about us. Reviews are a effective way to gather feedback. We can also swiftly react to client inquiries that are posted on our website thanks to Yotpo's Q/A tool. Additionally, we use their Visual Marketing Studio to create a community and highlight the work that our clients are doing.

We love the ability to target very particular audiences with Yotpo's SMSBump. The SMS program really benefits when we are able to target segments of our audience that we know will enjoy particular products or will be especially open to certain messages.
Dislikes :
Compared to other platforms we have used in the past, creating the automation processes is a little tricky. In addition, it would be convenient if it could simply receive a bill for the usage rather than constantly loading funds to cover sends.
Final Summary
We are able to interact with our customers and make the most of our engaged audience thanks to Yotpo's SMSBump. We appreciate being able to check in with them on their orders in a way thats partly automated but still has a personal touch, in addition to sending them marketing messages and promotional information. Our clients are more responsive to SMS marketing.

There are seamless integration of Google Ads, Shopping, and Snippets after Magento. Facebook reviews can be swapped out for more reliable YOTPO reviews.
Dislikes :
Integration with Google Business Profile, Bing Places, and Microsoft Ads are not available.

Our organization is improving, thanks to the comments and suggestions for improvement we've received.
Pros: Crisp UI; Easy Integration; Online Chat Option; Good Features
Cons: Delayed Customer Support; Service is Expensive
