The platform is simple to use. I wish everything was digital so I wouldn't have to print documents. The costs appear to be a little hefty. Not only that, but the gas rates changed, and I was unable to modify the delivery charge before the booking took place. A booking delivery charge, in my opinion, should be flexible.
