I enjoy utilising your photographs. The only problem is that when I place a picture in my Favorites box, it doesn't always save it. I've also experienced issues with downloaded photographs not being crisp and clear. I'd want to know what size a picture should be in order to be crisp and clear. The majority of my work consists of quarter-page magazine ads that are typically 4"x5" in size.

I adore the photographs you take. I'd want to see a wider diversity of individuals of colour. Images of LGBTQ people that up when I search for a celebration or something more general. They're only there because they're human. That's what I'd want to see: a more complete picture of individuals. 123RF was chosen because it displayed greater diversity than other comparable sites. I'm ready for you to take it to the next level.

I enjoy 123rf. The only thing I wish was more easily accessible was a list of recent preview downloads. I frequently download previews to use on website demonstrations. I always modify the names of the photographs to make them easier to recall. When it comes time to put the demo into production, I buy the photographs. It takes some effort to find the photos I used in the demonstration. I'd save a lot of effort if you could provide a list of recent preview downloads.

The individual who answered the phone was friendly and helpful, and she assisted in resolving the problem. However, I was dissatisfied with the chat system; I waited for a long time and eventually gave and called instead.
