Provides a comprehensive list of parking alternatives at major airports for certain trip dates. I've used it several times and have always found the data to be correct. My reservation is always in their system when I arrive at the parking facility. The occasional (small) discount vouchers are also helpful after you've joined the email list!

I attempted to make a reservation using the internet method.I got all the way to the finish, but the system wouldn't recognise my credit card, so I typed and double-checked the card information several times.I needed to contact customer support.I finished the reservation with customer support (who was quite helpful) using the exact same information that was entered into the system.

The first webpage I visited did not provide a place for me to sign in and confirm that I was already a member. At the very least, it wasn't simple to locate. So, after making my appointment, I attempted to login in so that my reservation could be matched to my member number. I couldn't discover any evidence that it was possible. When I called, I was advised that it could be done at check-in.

Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient process. I'd park here again in a heartbeat.You must phone the hotel to arrange for the shuttle to pick you up when you return.Because I didn't understand, I waited 20 minutes, expecting the shuttle to arrive, and when it didn't, I decided to phone.

The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't reminded that I needed to present my coupon and that I would have to pay more than I anticipated.This has occurred to me previously. I believe that you should be able to tell in your system that we had booked ahead of time so that you don't have to give a voucher.
