It was my first purchase, and I had a positive experience because, despite the fact that something in my order leaked since it was not completely sealed, I called customer support, and they were very quick to respond and put things right. I wholeheartedly endorse them!

I place an order for two pairs of Keen footwear. 12 and 13 sizes I just received my package. It was, of course, a little Patagonia vest. I was irritated. I contacted customer service, and they assisted me. I got a replacement for my order. They let me choose from a nice selection of footwear. I'm pleased with my boots. Aside from the time I had to wait for my products, this was a fantastic buy. Cameron and Jamie deserve special appreciation for putting things right.

The two things were supplied in different packages. One took a bit to arrive, but it did. The sluggish item was heavily reduced at any other shop, so the wait was worthwhile in the end.

Very pleased, and very rapid shipment. When I opened the box, the jacket smelt a little fishy. I'm not sure where it was kept. The fragrance was gone after a wash, though. I would return to this store.

Unfortunately, it would have been five stars if it hadn't been for the return shipping price. I used to be able to stop by on my way home from work when we had a shop in HSV, but now I have to take a $8 chance that anything will work for me. As much as I dislike shopping at large internet businesses, it is less dangerous for me as a customer. If and when you re-open in my region, I will undoubtedly return as a devoted client.
