The cooler performs as expected. Everything is OK except for the fact that the internal liner is free rather than fastened to the edges of the insulation. I doubt this affects performance in any way, but it lacks the quality feel of comparable high-end coolers. Otherwise, five stars. I can't wait to test it out on the back of the side by side!

I love my bison water bottle, however I had to get replacement lids. I do have a habit of dropping the bottle, so I've shattered them and had to replace them. I'm grateful that I can get only the lid and that it's a reasonable price, despite the fact that delivery appears to be somewhat pricey.

The female on the phone sounded unconvinced. She may benefit from more hands-on packing and just utilising the coolers herself to better converse with clients about them. She was genuine; she simply didn't sound like a seasoned hand to Bison. But she worked hard to bring me the information I needed, so I knew which cooler would be best for me. I adore the screw-on lid on this cup. I was dissatisfied since the cap/flap snapped off within a week of purchasing. The tiny tabs that held it on were insufficient. Design needs to be improved.

Our Bison coolers are fantastic. All three of them. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the lack of reasonable discounts. Particularly for returning consumers. There appears to be a 5% discount as well as savings for friends, but there should be discounts for loyal clients as well. Discounts should be available for repeat customers and those purchasing numerous coolers. A loyalty bonus of 10% or 20% would be very welcomed, since it will foster brand loyalty and encourage additional purchases.
