Sent in my ECM for repair due to datalink communication fault issues. 2 weeks later they contacted me and said the ECM was not repairable. Sold me one of their Remanufactured ECMs. I received the ECM and installed it on the truck. Truck ran for less than 30 miles. Then the engine died and would not restart. Had fault codes for ALL 6 fuel injector solenoids shorted. Tested the wiring and injectors. All tested ok. Contacted Diesel ECM Exchange about the warranty. They told me to send the ECM back to them for testing. 3 weeks later the ECM returned with no information. I installed the ECM back on the truck. Same issues. Tried to contact Diesel ECM Exchange to find out what they had found. After multiple attempts of email and phone calls. Finally reached their customer service by phone. They told me the ECM tested good. So no warranty! I then sent the ECM to a different repair facility for testing (Truck ECM). They verified the injector driver in ECM was bad!

sent in core, bad core, sold me an ECM, it too was bad, they said they would credit and send me my core back, all of a sudden cannot get a hold of them ( call, text, email) no credit and no core
