Terrible service. They add on extra fees and then suspend my account because I didn't recognize the PayPal costs. It is necessary to migrate in one night. I had to wait one weekend because there was no 24/7 help, and they didn't answer

It runs easily and everything is OK,but, it stopped running this morning, and I had to reconfigure it. I'm not sure what happened to cause it to stop working.

I couldn't figure it out, so a support person just handled it for me, set everything up, and emailed me the login information.

As a new Hostwinds customer, I was amazed at how quickly and easily I was able to get up and running. The management interface is easy to use and understand, as well as well-designed. Support was excellent, and a little issue was quickly and easily handled.

I was looking for a different way to host my website and APIs than AWS. For the identical product that HostWinds was giving for $5 per month, Amazon was charging me $21 per month! If you need to rent an Ubuntu server, I definitely recommend HostWinds.
