Although the phone response was outstanding, the responding voice mail system was a touch perplexing.When I first looked at the menu, I couldn't figure out which numerical response was proper.Prior to our arrival, our flat (both upper and lower) had been jointly rented, and the tenants appeared to have moved some stuff around.It would be beneficial if someone checked the properties between tenants to ensure that no furniture or equipment had wandered or been stolen.

The room was fantastic. With new carpet and freshly painted walls, everything appeared to be new. The appliances are of the highest quality.If not for the pool abnormalities, this would have been a 5 star rating. They now don't let you into the pool until 10 a.m., and the pool was closed for a day and a half on one occasion.

Overall, our time at Pono Kai Resort was fantastic. The only concern was that there were no linens on the pull-out sofa.We needed to go out and purchase them. Apart from that, the resort was clean, well-located, and provided all of the services we required.

The unit was spotless and lovely.The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the photographs mirrored what we had seen when we arrived.Only complaint is that for the price, there should have been enough toilet paper, kleenex, dish soap, Landry soap, and dishwasher soap for the duration of our stay.At the very least, offer to replenish supplies while you're there.Otherwise, it was fantastic.

The facilities is fantastic. I was surprised to find that the unit lacked even basic necessities like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Most days, the Oasis is closed for food and drinks by the pool. Overall, it was not as nice as the first time we visited.
