Only two of the lawyers who were suggested to us phoned and maintained their appointments.

Only two of the lawyers who were suggested to us phoned and maintained their appointments. The third never phoned us, and when I did, he never returned my call. The fifth never showed up for his appointment. That's why I awarded you four stars out of five.
