    Simple transaction, and everything arrived in excellent shape. The only issue was that they divided my order into two deliveries, and there wasn't any contact or clarity on which products were delivered for each delivery. Aside from that, it was a fantastic value, and I would use them again.

    I began a procedure that is not yet complete, but it has been straightforward and painless thus far. In this case, the chat option was quite useful, and I'm looking forward to finishing this transaction.

    They have a large selection of Jackson models, which are my favourites. I even discovered the RR model, which I couldn't locate anywhere else. Excellent work and outstanding client service!

    Excellent bass at a very reasonable price. I gave them one star since it wasn't very well packaged for delivery - there was only one small piece of bubble wrap in the box (and the guitar was in a gig bag, not a hard case). When FedEx delivered it, there was a massive hole in the box, as if it had been speared by a forklift. As I opened the package, I held my breath, and thankfully, the bass was fine. I was fortunate this time, but better packing would alleviate the inevitable problems created by shippers.
