Do not to get your cellphone screen fixed here. They replaced my screen and it popped off multi week after the fact!!! Presently they won't remain behind their work. I called a few times and left messages however nobody got back to me.

Took my Andriod to this business with an opening in the focal point cover over my back camera focal point. Camera actually turned out great. I had him request the part. He then, at that point, nearly multiplied the cost he cited via telephone. Then when he gave the telephone back to me, the back front of the telephone was heat twisted and the camera is hazy. Destroyed my camera.

It's a lie, don't give cracked phones or wrecked laugh uncontrollably inside screen phones or eased back phones here. Came here for no good reason and i am not happy about it.

Was here about 6 months ago about my phone. A man took it too quickly and damaged my phone charger. All I got was sorry. I have to buy a new phone. They don't cover anything to replace. Lessons will not hand over your phone and be careful here if you are not registered. I have a complaint record with Apple. The manager was unfriendly even though it was his representative who broke my phone.

Went in For A Quick Screen Repair since I was Stranded around the area, got charged $130 for New Front Screen. In the wake of leaving the store same night my telephone fired misbehaving. Went in to the store a second time the following day to illuminate the person about what was happening and he acted Clueless Because it was "Another Screen". Bad service.

And Ive left close to 20 emails, 10 voicemails. Nothing, I got ghosted! Please do not use this company. Id never write a review but this was just insane to me how patient I was with these people and now I have to take legal action with the owner and company, Nate Bartow who god knows what other scams he had going on after the lawyer did some research, all because I couldnt even get an email back. Please do yourself a favor and just go to a local reselling shop. Obviously many people have brought up this man as a scammer its just a shame really. Id never write reviews like this and I told them over email several times I understand you guys are a company and Im being patient not anymore, what a shame of a company.

I finally cracked one and went to get the screen replaced and since have been back two or three times within a short time because I barely dropped my phone and the screen was breaking. Yes it was my fault too but Iv never had this constant issue with my phone breaking until I went to them. I have paid the price of my phone in screens now and still havent paid the actual phone off yet.

Worst services ever, would not recommend! I don't know what's going on but feels like recell.io is leaning towards pawn shop mentality. These guys quoted me $30-$40 on a unopened Level Bolt Invisible Smart Lock A3, retails for $199.00. The worker said I have to factor in ebay's shipping and percentage they take from recell.io. So now recell.io customers are covering their business expenses? That's some cluck like business practices ReCell.io, shame on you.

They SCAMMED me. Sent the telephone to them for exchange March. They told they would send me the actually look at inside in 5 work days. I don't usually leave comments unless I got bad service but I sent in my samsung galaxy s10 plus in great condition with a few scuffs marks at bottom by the charger port but guess what they give me an excuse that it's scratches in the screen I sent my phone in really good condition and unlocked so the price went from 320 to 225. I got a whole new phone so the phone was sitting around collecting dust so the money I just took it but im tell you be careful with this company they will under sell you. I will never use this company again.

recell.io what a nightmare this process has been. Nothing they claim is what they deliver. Slow inspections, revised offers, slow communication, slow payment, check bounces. When I sold my phone in May this company had over 450 reviews on trust pilot, now they have less than 200? Something isnt right here.

Sold my phone to recell.io. I received a text that there was an issue with my phone and like everyone my quote was reduced. Im not the one to screw over so I did a little investigating on recell.io and the owner Nate Bartow. Nate has a history using multiple websites to screw people over and then not pay them. Please Google bing bong buy bing bong tec before doing business with recell.io. If youre lucky enough to receive his check you can use it as a basketball cause it will bounce. I will be contacting the Ohio Attorney General, they already know Nate.

Mailed a phone to recell.io in Canton OH based on finding their site on sellcell.com. What a mistake! My quote was revised and graded worse than what it actually was. I shouldve just requested they return it but I kinda felt trapped so I accepted the lower offer. I am supposed to be paid using PayPal, but weeks later I am still waiting. They escalated the situation - escalated to themselves??? I dont know where my phone or money is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I foundrecell.iousingsellcell.comand assumed they were reputable. I did not research their reviews before shipping my phone. I can now tell you the horror stories you read about them are true. sell cell needs to stop doing business with this company!

I chose this site to sell my phone because the description for good was the condition of my phone. Once received by this company they offered less than agreed stating it was in fair condition. Nothing could be further from the truth.The company has contacted me and offered courtesy money to accept and remove review.Its the principle. My phone was better than good condition. This is bait and switch.Avoid this company and choose someone else. You will thank me later.
