Technical audit
Site Audit crawls a site page by page, flagging dead links, redirect chains, duplicate titles, and thin content, with configurable crawl depth and page limits (JS rendering is a higher-tier feature). The Embed Widget turns this into a lead-gen form for agencies — a visitor enters their domain, gets a report, and the agency captures a lead using its own crawl allowance.
Keywords & rankings
Rank Tracker logs daily keyword positions by market and device across five views (Overview, Keywords, Landing Pages, SERP Features, Reports), with a "smart" auto-frequency option that checks volatile keywords more often. Keyword Research returns volume, difficulty, CPC and intent for a seed term or competitor domain, feeding winners straight into the tracker. Keyword Manager is a free organizational layer for grouping tracked keywords into folders.
Competitor intelligence
Competitor Search builds a full organic profile for any domain (traffic, rankings, markets, pages) across seven tabs. Keyword Gap flags terms competitors rank for that you don't, filterable by difficulty. Backlink Compare and Backlink Gap do the equivalent for links — sizing up authority side by side, and surfacing sites that link to competitors but not you, which the guide calls the "warmest outreach list." Opportunities ranks link prospects with spam-signal and placement data attached, and the beta Broken Links tool finds dead competitor pages that still have live inbound links, useful as an outreach angle if you have a genuine replacement.
Backlinks

AI intelligence
This section covers visibility in AI assistant answers rather than traditional search. AI Visibility Overview tracks how often AI tools name a brand, split into strong topics versus gaps. AI Competitors compares share-of-voice against named rivals by engine and market. AI Prompt Research shows what people actually ask AI about a topic and which brands come up, letting you test your own prompt ideas first. AI Prompt Tracker then monitors chosen prompts over time and produces a "GEO Score" trend out of 100.
Content
Content OS manages content from brief to publication with a readiness score and lifecycle status (drafting, published, needs refresh, retired), designed to surface pages that have quietly gone stale.
Monitoring
SEO Monitoring emails a weekly digest of changes to key pages (titles, canonicals, indexability). Uptime Monitor checks site reachability — relevant partly because downtime during a scheduled crawl or rank check can corrupt that run's data.
Strategy & reporting
The AI Growth Plan reads a project's audit, ranking and backlink data to generate a prioritized action list, exportable as a branded PDF. Search Console surfaces connected GSC data with a filter for ranking terms not yet being tracked. My Reports Center archives past reports so you're not re-spending allowance to view old data. Executive Report produces a schedulable, white-labeled client PDF.
Most tools draw from monthly plan allowances, and the guide's recurring warning is against burning that allowance re-running data already available in cache or the reports archive. Free-tier access is notably limited — several tools (Embed Widget, full Competitor Search detail, all AI intelligence tools, Uptime Monitor, Executive Report) require a paid plan.
